 All sales are final at this time. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You must have a valid address to receive packages - we are not responsible for damages due to improper physical delivery circumstances. If there is an issue with your order or your item is damaged please email our customer support team immediately. Shipping

We ship all orders within 4-7 business days (Monday-Friday). We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We ship orders via USPS ONLY which requires the shipping address to be a valid U.S. address. If shipping information needs to be confirmed, this will result in additional time for processing your order. We are not responsible for stolen packages after carrier confirms delivery so make sure we ship to a secure address.
